Spinach Pancakes

Ingredients
- 1ps(150 g) Frozen spinach
- 1/2l milk
- 3dl Flour
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1-2 tsp sugar
- dash of pepper
- 1/4dl melted butter or oil
Steps

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and thaw spinach separately.

Add spinach to wet mixture. Use a stick blender or very briefly blend the spinach into the mixture, be careful not to over blend.

Fry pancakes on a pan with butter.

Serve with lingonberry jam.
